Ultimate IT launches "the e room"
Thursday, 5th-February-2009 11:36pm

“present, train and collaborate online - anytime, anywhere”

Petros Khalesirad from Ultimate IT has mixed the use of several technology solutions to bring to you his new innovative style of boardroom; the e room. With the correct combination of computer hardware and software, the e room turns the traditional boardroom into an “out of this world” experience.

Imagine this… you step in to a room, you sit down and you collaborate with anyone, anywhere, anytime. It could be for a meeting, a presentation or even training, the e room brings people together virtually.

With the use of the e room, there is no need to spend hundreds of dollars in travel and loose precious productive time getting from one place to another. The e room gets everyone together in a matter of minutes, no matter where they are on Earth and as long as they have a suitable internet connection.

The three main uses for the e room are;
• e-meeting or meeting
• e-training or training
• e-presentation or presentation

As soon as you walk into the e room, the entire experience can be taken online. The meeting organiser who is sitting in the e room creates the meeting space from the desktop. Attendees are then invited to join the private online meeting. Within moments, the computers securely join each other and the experience begins.
