Beginning remote support is easy. Simply follow these instructions:

1. Click on the “Download TeamViewer” button.
2. When prompted:
   • in Internet Explorer click on “Run”.
   • in other browsers click on “Save” or “Save File” and then double click on the saved file.
3. Click on “Run”, “Yes” or “Continue” on any subsequent prompts.
4. The TeamViewer window will then appear showing an ID and Password.
5. Provide the ID and Password to Ultimate IT remote support and wait to be connected.
