Beginning remote support is easy. Simply follow these instructions:
- Click on the “Download TeamViewer” button.
- When prompted:
- in Internet Explorer click on “Run”.
- in other browsers click on “Save” or “Save File” and then double click on the saved file.
- Click on “Run”, “Yes” or “Continue” on any subsequent prompts.
- The TeamViewer window will then appear showing an ID and Password.
- Provide the ID and Password to Ultimate IT remote support and wait to be connected.
